BHA was appointed as PM, CA and QS on this 3,000 ft2 residential refurbishment of a 1970’s terraced town house in London W14. The works included the formation of a new basement, new internal lift and shaft as well as floor layout reconfiguration. Extensive and detailed in built joinery on all floors was a feature of the design . The project was completed in 2019.
