BHA was appointed as QS and CA on this 19,000ft2 new build house behind retained facades in London SW3. The house is spread over nine floors with large pool and fitness centre in the triple height basement. The upper floors contain a combination of single, double and triple height spaces connected with lift, stairs and spiral slide. The project was procured through a two contract approach and after a three year construction period, was completed in 2019.
