BHA was appointed as QS and CA on this Grade II listed residential building refurbishment in London SW3. The works included formation of a new basement beneath mews house with a link from mews to main house to form an overall 11,000 ft2 prime residential property. Lead designer was Kelly Hoppen Interiors. The project was completed in 2019.
