BHA was appointed as QS on this 6,000ft2 extensive refurbishment of a Grade II* listed building in Fitzroy Square, London NW1. Works included the provision of a new basement Japanese spa and steam area, extensive staircase refurbishment and high specification detailing and inbuilt joinery. The project was completed in 2019.
