BHA is appointed as QS for the proposed rolling refurbishment and internal upgrade of the Grade I listed Ashridge Manor to obtain best value for the estate asset. Partly used as a management training centre the plans include introduction of visitor facilities, restaurant and dining upgrades and consideration for an hotel with event facilities.
