BHA is appointed as QS and Employers Agent on the 13,500ft2 development of 8 terrace houses behind a 40m continuous retained facade on the Grosvenor Estate, London SW1.  The project involves facade retention and associated temporary works, new basement, extensive drainage diversions, steel frame and 8 new terrace houses designed and constructed to energy efficient EnirPHit standards. The project commenced on site in March 2025 with anticipated completion in 1Q 2027.
